Job Summary The Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to workplace safety. Responsibilities Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, , pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management system software and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts. Prepare shipments by packing items securely and labeling them correctly for delivery or storage Manage shipping & receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Support warehouse distribution operations by loading and unloading trucks, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety protocols Support other warehouse functions as assigned. Required Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly. Basic math and computer skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Experience Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required ; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus Ability to perform basic math accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure inventory accuracy and safety compliance
