Benefits & Perks We offer an unmatched benefits package designed to support your well-being and work-life balance, including: Medical and dental insurance at no cost to you, effective the first day of the month following 30 days of employment Eleven company-paid holidays annually Separate vacation and sick leave, with the opportunity to quickly accrue up to 25 vacation days Primary Responsibilities Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) Receive, unload, label and store incoming inventory Effectively work in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Accurately complete inventory logs and documentation Identify and report discrepancies Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisor Safely operate warehouse equipment Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and regulations Skills/Qualifications Proven warehouse experience Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Familiarity with inventory software, databases and systems Understanding with modern warehouse practices and methods Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to lift and move heavy objects Forklift license a plus
