Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Clerk ll to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in effective communication, exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, often with tight deadlines and frequently changing circumstances. The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for managing tasks across various departments, establishing and maintaining productive working relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Managing the inbound and outbound schedules for deliveries and shipments. Tracking and updating the status of shipments and deliveries in real-time. Communicating with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods. Maintaining accurate records of shipments and deliveries, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and delivery status. Resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring that shipments and deliveries are completed on time. Assisting with inventory management, including tracking and reporting on inventory levels. Providing support to the warehouse or logistics team as needed.
Experience and Education:
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics and/or warehousing operations Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), and scheduling software is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required , associate's degree in logistics or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to perform repetitive motions.
