In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Your active participation will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting efficient warehouse distribution processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse operations and logistics within a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain organized stockrooms by stocking shelves, packing materials, and ensuring proper storage of goods in compliance with trade and international trade regulations. Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to verify stock accuracy and assist with cycle counts or inventory reconciliation. Support shipping logistics by preparing shipments for dispatch, completing shipping documentation, and coordinating with carriers for timely delivery. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, quality control procedures, and company policies during all operations. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is preferred. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and order processing. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts; certification preferred but not mandatory if willing to train. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping of shipments and inventory data. Excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal teams or external carriers. Physical stamina to stand, lift heavy items, load/unload trucks, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing techniques, and trade compliance regulations. Join our team today!
