Temporary-to-Hire Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking General laborers to support daily distribution-center operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity expectations, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately Heavy lifting 50 lbs Sort, label, scan, and prepare merchandise for shipment Load, unload, and organize products Replenish inventory and maintain assigned warehouse areas Verify products and quantities for accuracy Meet established production and quality standards Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized workspace Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned Requirements Previous warehouse or distribution-center experience is preferred Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Must be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must have reliable transportation and dependable attendance Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete E-Verify Must wear steel-toe shoes and all required personal protective equipment Must be available to work overtime or weekends when required Forklift positions require previous equipment experience and successful completion of an onsite evaluation Ideal Candidate Reliable and punctual Safety-conscious Able to follow instructions Works well independently and with a team Focused on accuracy, productivity, and quality Temp-to-Hire Opportunity This position is temp-to-hire , with the opportunity to be considered for permanent employment after 90 days , based on attendance, performance, productivity, and overall job performance. #HighSkill123
