Warehouse Worker/Helper/General Labor

Responsibilities Assist with production, fabrication, assembly, and general material handling activities Load, unload, and transport raw materials, components, and finished goods using appropriate equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment safely Support machine operators, welders, and painters as needed Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met Assist with inventory activities including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and basic inventory tracking Maintain accurate records of shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions Perform basic inspections and report defects, discrepancies, or safety concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including tools and equipment Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Skills & Abilities Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Basic mechanical aptitude Strong attention to safety and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable and able to work both independently and on a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to work in varying industrial conditions (noise, dust, heat, or cold) Work Environment Work is performed in a manufacturing or warehouse setting with exposure to machinery, moving equipment, and production processes. Required PPE may include safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, and hearing protection.

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
