About CMI CMI is a growing packaging and supply chain company serving restaurant and foodservice customers across the country. We specialize in providing reliable packaging solutions supported by warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Graham, Texas distribution facility. This is a hands-on position supporting the day-to-day movement, organization, and shipment of inventory. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help keep our warehouse running safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments Verify incoming products and quantities against shipping and receiving documents Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment Load and unload trucks and containers Move, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment as authorized Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and inventory accuracy Identify and report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or other issues Maintain accurate product labeling and warehouse organization Keep warehouse aisles, docks, work areas, and equipment clean and organized Follow all company safety, quality, and warehouse procedures Assist with other warehouse duties and projects as needed What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Able to follow written and verbal instructions Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience is preferred, but not required Forklift experience or certification is a plus Basic computer and inventory system experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent preferred Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on warehouse position.

Candidates must be able to:

Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the workday Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs. Work around warehouse equipment and moving vehicles Work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may vary throughout the year Why Join CMI? Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
