Job Description
Overview Poly-America, L.P., a leading manufacturer of plastic products, is seeking a Material Handler at its Grand Prairie, Texas location. This role works to secure and transfer finished goods and/or scrap Responsibilities include the following with the possibility of additional duties being assigned as needed: Banding and securing the finished skids Transporting finished skids to conveyor system Assist in putting lines back in production Picking up scrap after lines are put back in production When necessary, acting as a packager General housekeeping Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Two years of job related experience Must successfully complete Poly-America's Industrial Mobile Equipment training and testing program for forklifts The ability to be a good student of Poly-America processes, equipment, and procedures.
