Warehouse Associate in Harlingen, TX Key Responsibilities Process and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Prepare shipments according to company quality standards. Load and unload materials using a forklift and other warehouse equipment. Operate scanners and inventory management software for tracking products and orders. Complete local deliveries using company vehicles, including vehicles equipped with liftgates. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred. Forklift operating experience required. Experience using handheld scanners and inventory software. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic. Commitment to workplace safety.
