Earn:
Upon conversion, earn a $0.10/hour raise every month until you reach the pay cap of $25/hr. What You'll Be Doing Move, stage, and organize materials using pallet jacks or similar equipment Load and unload trucks while verifying inventory accuracy Prep materials for production and complete basic data entry as needed Keep the work area clean, organized, and safety-compliant Follow all quality, productivity, and workplace safety standards What We're Looking For Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or move throughout the shift Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail High school diploma or GED preferred Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team #
