Red River Brick, a leading manufacturer of high-quality brick products and part of the General Shale brand, is seeking a General Laborer to join our Henderson, Texas manufacturing team. This position supports daily plant operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and may assist with a variety of production and general labor tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, willing to learn, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of general labor and production tasks as assigned Operate equipment safely and efficiently after appropriate training Meet production and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist team members and support overall plant operations Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and work instructions Perform additional duties as assigned

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Willingness to learn new tasks and cross-train in multiple areas Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethic Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Strong commitment to safety and quality
