In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of company trucks and vehicles. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will ensure that all vehicles meet our high standards of exterior and interior cleanliness. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, automotive detailing, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform vehicle exterior washing, including hand washing, pressure washing, and using automated car wash systems to ensure a spotless finish. Conduct vehicle paint correction and buffing using automotive buffers to restore vehicle luster and remove surface imperfections. Detail vehicle interiors by cleaning carpets, upholstery, dashboards, windows, and other surfaces to achieve a pristine appearance. Operate standard passenger cars and manual transmission vehicles safely within the auto detailing facility. Utilize cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and polishing tools while adhering to safe work practices. Handle heavy lifting of vehicles or parts when necessary, following proper safety procedures to prevent injury. Maintain the cleanliness of the auto detailing facility and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored and functioning correctly. Skills Experience with vehicle exterior washing, interior detailing, buffing, and paint correction techniques. Knowledge of safe work practices when operating cleaning equipment and handling vehicles. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a busy environment. Familiarity with automotive buffers, polishing compounds, and other detailing tools. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude toward clients and team members. Previous experience in auto detailing facilities or janitorial/custodial roles is preferred. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining a high standard of quality in all tasks.
