Temp-to-Hire Hiring ASAP Job Overview We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Overnight Loader / Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced warehouse operation in Houston, TX 77033. This position is responsible for loading pallets into trucks, inspecting and wrapping pallets, restacking cases, and assisting with warehouse logistics during overnight operations. Candidates must be comfortable working in a physically demanding, high-volume environment and have prior pallet jack experience. Responsibilities Load and unload pallets onto trucks safely and efficiently Inspect pallets and shipments for damage or inconsistencies Wrap pallets securely for transport Tug and move pallets throughout the warehouse Restack cases and sacks as needed Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs consistently Operate pallet jacks safely and efficiently Assist with moving trucks or vans around the yard when needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies Requirements Previous warehouse/loading experience preferred MUST have pallet jack experience Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license required Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly Comfortable working overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work Saturdays as needed Schedule & Hours Monday through Friday overnight schedule Shift begins at 11:30 PM and runs until work is completed While on staffing assignment, hours will be capped at 40 hours/week (typically 8-hour shifts) After permanent hire, employees typically average around 50 hours/week Saturday shifts rotate as needed from 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM Equal Opportunity Employer KS Staffing Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
