Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving and organizing inventory, fulfilling customer orders, preparing shipments, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse operations and logistics within a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Build and wrap pallets for shipment as needed.
- Process customer orders using Shopify and ShipStation.
- Create USPS shipping labels and prepare outgoing packages.
- Review inventory levels weekly and notify the Accounting department of products requiring replenishment.
- Conduct monthly physical inventory counts, complete inventory count spreadsheets, and submit inventory reports to the Accounting department.
- Receive and process returned packages, and notify the Customer Service team upon receipt.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team regarding replacement orders and shipping requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience required.
- Experience using Shopify and ShipStation preferred.
- Experience with order fulfillment, shipping, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all departments.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, stock management, and order picking accuracy.
