Shift:

Mon-Fri; 5am-1pm

Weekend Shift:

Sat-Mon; 5am-5pm Duties Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently Use RF scanners and inventory management software to accurately track stock levels, update records, and manage inventory data entry Prepare orders by picking, packing, and staging products for shipment according to customer specifications and shipping logistics requirements Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, consolidating pallets, and ensuring proper placement of goods in compliance with trade and international trade regulations Assist with shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments against purchase orders, inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies, and completing necessary documentation in ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software Support warehouse distribution efforts through effective order fulfillment processes while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of products Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems (such as AS400), and MRP systems is advantageous Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts (certification preferred), reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Strong basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service experience to support order processing and client interactions Knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing procedures, and trade compliance regulations for international trade is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and attention to detail #

INDTX Pay:

$17.60 - $18.93 per hour
