Position Summary:

The Material Handler is responsible for packing, bagging, labeling, and moving pillows throughout the warehouse. This role ensures finished products are packaged according to quality standards, prepared for shipment, and stored properly while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Pack and bag pillows according to company quality and production standards. Inspect pillows for defects, damage, or incorrect labeling before packaging. Seal, label, and prepare packaged pillows for shipment. Stack finished products onto pallets in a safe and organized manner. Move raw materials and finished goods using pallet jacks or other material handling equipment. Supply production lines with packaging materials as needed. Wrap and secure pallets for storage or shipping. Maintain accurate product counts and complete required production documentation. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with loading, unloading, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
