JOB DESCRIPTION

Evogen Nutrition is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in our climate-controlled, warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this position will receive, store, pick, pack, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean, safe work environment. The ideal candidate works efficiently, follows established procedures, and takes pride in ensuring every customer order is accurate and delivered on time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pick, pack, label, and prepare direct to consumer and wholesale orders for shipment. Receive incoming products and verify quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and product condition. Store and rotate inventory using first-expired, first-out procedures. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation. Use the warehouse management system to accurately document inventory movements. Inspect orders for accuracy and quality before shipment. Load, unload, sort, and organize products and shipping materials. Assist with returns, replacements, and shipping claims when needed. Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work areas. Follow safety procedures and applicable current Good Manufacturing Practices. Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, and equipment issues promptly. Meet established productivity, accuracy, attendance, and order-fulfillment standards. Support other warehouse and operational activities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, shipping, forklift experience, receiving, fulfillment, or inventory experience is preferred. Experience working with a warehouse management system (NetSuite preferred) or handheld scanner is beneficial. Ability to read and accurately follow written instructions, product labels, and order documents. Basic computer, data-entry, and mathematics skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to organize tasks and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to accept feedback and learn new processes. Experience handling products with lot numbers and expiration dates is a plus. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift. Ability to regularly lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods when needed. Interest in fitness, health, or sports nutrition is a plus.
