Job Summary:
Warehouse Associate Responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. They ensure accuracy in inventory and maintain a safe and clean workspace. This role also involves assisting with product setup, repairs, returns, troubleshooting, documentation, and ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness. Must be available to travel for on-site services, primary in Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Associate Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Keep the warehouse organized and comply with safety procedures Assist with loading/unloading delivery vehicles Report damaged or missing inventory to management Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of company products Document support issues and solutions clearly and accurately Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians or engineers Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism Requirements A degree in Warehouse Management , Logistics , or a related technical field is preferred for roles involving warehouse operations. Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with all operating systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with help desk software preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods Forklift certification is a plus Schedule Monday to
