In person About the Position We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to assist with daily warehouse operations during a temporary/seasonal assignment. Responsibilities include product handling, packaging, order fulfillment, and shipping. Previous warehouse, packaging, or order fulfillment experience is required. Open availability and scheduling flexibility are required. Candidates must be able to accommodate changes in scheduled days and shift times based on business needs. Key Responsibilities Unload and organize product pallets. Accurately package and label products. Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment. Process shipments, including creating shipping labels. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Perform inventory checks and restock supplies as needed. Assist with any other duties as needed to support daily operations. Qualifications Previous warehouse, ecommerce, packaging, or order fulfillment experience required. Open availability and flexibility to work varying shifts required. Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow instructions and work independently and collaboratively. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. What We Offer $15.00 per hour. Varied daily responsibilities, including packaging, order fulfillment, and shipping. A supportive, small team-oriented work environment. Schedule Typically 4-8-hour shifts. Monday through Friday, with weekend shifts as needed. Scheduled hours may vary based on order volume and operational needs. Open availability is required, but does not guarantee 40 hours per week. Commute Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Lewisville, TX. Employment Term This is a temporary/seasonal position. Assignment length will depend on business needs.
