Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable General Labour worker for a contract opportunity supporting plant and warehouse operations in Littlefield, TX. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with manufacturing, warehouse, farming, or mechanical experience who enjoys physical work, operating equipment, and contributing to a safe, productive work environment. This position offers a steady weekday schedule, consistent hours, and the opportunity to work as part of a supportive operations team. The right candidate will take pride in keeping materials moving, maintaining clean work areas, and helping the facility run efficiently each day. Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment and assist with daily plant and warehouse production activities.
- Move, stack, organize, and stage materials safely and efficiently.
- Support packaging, inventory, and general material handling tasks.
- Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all site safety procedures, work instructions, and operational guidelines. Compensation and Benefits
Pay:
$18 to $19 per hour.Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.Contract:
1 year with possible extensions.- Work arrangement: 100% onsite in Littlefield, TX. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support plant and warehouse operations through equipment operation and material handling.
- Assist with moving, stacking, packaging, and inventory-related tasks.
- Perform basic equipment checks and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to efficient daily operations.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, farming, or mechanical experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as part of regular job duties.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and quality.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Must complete required drug screening and medical clearance.
