Job Descriptio n Phoenix Labor Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator for a heavy-equipment manufacturing facility in the Longview, Texas area. This is not a standard warehouse position. The Warehouse Operator will prepare, secure, package, and load large construction equipment for domestic and international shipment. Qualified applicants should have experience operating heavy forklifts, using overhead cranes and rigging equipment, building wooden shipping skids, and loading heavy equipment onto commercial trailers. Key Responsibilities Follow all facility safety procedures and promote a safety-first work environment. Operate forklifts with capacities ranging from approximately 22,000 to 36,000 pounds. Secure large parts and safely pull or back equipment buggies. Build wooden skids and shipping supports. Safely operate overhead cranes. Select and use proper lifting devices and rigging procedures. Load and position heavy equipment on commercial trailers. Prepare and package equipment for domestic and international shipment. Inspect and understand basic commercial trailer components. Follow basic DOT requirements for loading 18-wheelers and permitted loads. Use handheld scanners and computer-based inventory or shipping systems. Complete additional warehouse and shipping duties as assigned.

$19.00 per hour
