Assembly Technician/ General Laborer Responsibilities Check prints on jobs and make sure we have all components before the job is started in assembly. Check prints for cabinet finish (i.e., powder coated, mill grain, wet coat, etc.) and send to applicable department for finish work. Check enclosures for missing welds, missing components, burn through, scratches, etc., and notify Assembly Supervisor of problems. Keep track of stock parts and let the Assembly Supervisor know if we need stock parts before we run out. Work at an efficient pace to ensure enclosures are built correctly and scheduled due dates are met. Be able to operate hand tools effectively and safely. Read and follow work instructions and inspect work for quality control on each completed project. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Performs other duties as assigned that may not be outlined or noted in this job description. Such duties may require working in other departments than which you normally work or were assigned upon hire. In addition, work schedule and/or hours may vary or differ than your normal assigned schedule and are contingent on production needs and at the discretion of management. Education:

Proven work experience as an Assembly Technician or similar manufacturing role. Must be mechanically inclined and experienced in the use of a variety of hand tools, power tools, and electrical tools. Good eye-hand coordination and dexterity. Knowledge of hardware and hand tools (i.e., nuts, bolts, sockets, etc.). Ability to read, understand and follow instructions, diagrams and prints. Ability to work independently and/or within a team environment. Forklift Certification. Must be able to pass operating and written test. Training will be provided by the company. High school diploma and related training preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs consistently.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of this position. Prolonged periods of standing and bending with little to no time sitting.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Must be able to operate hand/power tools effectively and efficiently. (i.e.; saws, rivet gun, caulk gun, etc.).
• Must be able to wear PPE for duration of shift.

(i.e.; half mask, steel toed boots, protective eyewear, etc.).
