40 Hours Per Week Benefits Help for . TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a General Labor/Fab Helper for a manufacturing and fabrication facility in Magnolia, TX. This position is responsible for assisting with general production and fabrication duties while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Duties include deburring and finishing metal parts, peeling/PEM work, operating hand and power tools, assisting production departments, inspecting finished products for cosmetic defects, maintaining shop cleanliness, handling materials, and completing general shop duties as needed. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, work independently and as part of a team, maintain production standards, and lift up to 40 lbs. Experience with hand tools, power tools, grinders, drills, saws, rivet guns, caulk guns, forklifts, manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial work is a plus. Candidates must also be willing to complete required equipment training/testing and follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Attire:
work pants/steel toe boots
Hours:
Day shift 6AM-3PM Monday - Friday ; NIGHT shift 3PM-2AM Mon-Thru.
Pay Rate:
18.00
Background is on a matrix system, so case by case but nothing violent or theft crimes. Looking for past the 7 year mark.
