If yes, U.S. AutoForce—part of U.S. Venture, Inc.—wants you on our warehouse team supporting independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and dealerships.
Your schedule Core hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Saturday rotation for overtime Overtime as needed based on business volume Peak season alert: mandatory overtime from September through the end of December What you'll tackle Operate forklifts and order‑picking equipment to load/unload and stock tires and auto parts Use scanners to locate, put away, and maintain accurate inventory Lift 50 lbs repeatedly; lift up to 80 lbs on occasion with team or mechanical assist Exert up to 40 lbs of push force when working with barrels or industrial/ag tires Work at rack heights of about 25 feet while following strict safety practices Stay active on your feet for most of the shift and support overtime needs Assist e‑commerce, inventory, or will‑call when business priorities shift Follow all safety policies, state/federal transportation regulations, and manufacturer guidelines Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned Must‑haves 18 years or older (required for powered equipment) 1+ year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience Ability to obtain forklift certification Team player who follows instructions and safe operating procedures Physical demands, PPE, and environment Capable of performing the visual, auditory, physical, and mental functions to safely operate equipment with or without reasonable accommodation Frequent lifting to 50 lbs; occasional lifting to 80 lbs; occasional pushing up to 40 lbs Commercial tire handling requires team lifts or mechanical equipment
PPE:
steel/composite toe boots (bring your own), safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and SRL; all other PPE provided Typical conditions include exposure to current weather, moderate noise, and fumes associated with tires and, at times, car parts and lubricants Compensation & benefits Starting wage: $19.00/hour Weekly pay Work boot reimbursement Medical benefits beginning your first day 401(k) with employer contribution and match Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays On‑the‑job training and skill development Tuition reimbursement Employee discount programs Agency policy We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
