•Sunday, 7:45 AM

•5:00 PM Will be off 2 days of the week.

Job Overview:

We are hiring Packers to work on the production line in McAllen, TX.

Job Responsibilities:

Repack and sort fresh fruits and vegetables according to company standards Operate production line equipment and heavy warehouse machinery safely Inspect products for quality, freshness, and proper labeling Stack, organize, and prepare products for shipment Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food-grade work areas Follow all GMP, HACCP, food safety, and warehouse safety procedures Work in refrigerated and cold storage environments for extended periods Meet daily production goals and maintain accuracy in repacking tasks Assist with loading, unloading, and moving inventory as needed Work effectively with team members and supervisors in a fast-paced setting

Requirements:

Previous warehouse, production, or cold storage experience preferred Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or production machinery is a plus Ability to safely lift and carry 30-40 lbs consistently throughout the shift Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for long periods Must be able to work in cold temperatures during full shifts Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards Reliable transportation and good attendance required Steel-toe boots required Must be able to pass background check and drug screening if applicable

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for long periods Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to work in a warehouse environment with noise, dust, and temperature changes Ability to read labels and instructions clearly Ability to communicate with team members for safety and productivity
