Duration:

6 months We are seeking a reliable and physically active associate to join our team. This role involves general warehouse and production duties, including the physical handling of products, materials, supplies, and equipment. The ideal candidate maintains a clean workspace, operates industrial power equipment, and assists across various positions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

General Handling:

Perform general duties involving the physical handling of products, materials, supplies, and equipment.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate industrial power equipment, manual/powered pallet jacks, and lift products.

Maintenance & Sanitation:

Maintain an orderly and clean work area in compliance with company safety and sanitation requirements; perform general maintenance.

Inventory Support:

Restock and replenish inventory as appropriate.

Compliance:

Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.

Cross-Training:

Fill in for other positions as needed and perform general warehouse, production, or cooler service duties.

Facility Safety, Attire & COVID-19 Protocols

Health Monitoring:

All workers are subject to temperature monitoring prior to entering the facility.

Face Coverings:

Required at all times while inside the facility.

Attire Requirements:

Non-logo T-shirt in Red, Black, or Grey.

Non-logo baseball cap (if applicable).

Mandatory Foot Protection:

Proper safety footwear is strictly required (must be ANSI Z41-compliant or local country-equivalent). Specifically, shoes must meet the

CCSWB Safety Shoe Specification:

Puncture-resistant (Kevlar bottom).

Class 75 protective toe.

Slip-resistant soles meeting the Mark II LS-oily/wet test at

Minimum height of 6 inches or higher (providing above-the-ankle protection).

Physical Demands

Periodic bending, kneeling, and climbing.

Ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds.

Skills & Requirements

Education:

High School Diploma preferred.

Experience:

0-1 year of general work experience. Prior warehouse, production, or equipment service experience is a strong plus.

Key Skills:

Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to operate manual or powered pallet jacks.

Certifications:

Forklift certification is considered a plus.
