Job Description
Company Description Keystone Ramey Martin Supply (KRM) was founded in 2015 as a dedicated distribution center for products manufactured by Keystone Energy Tools and Ramey Martin Energy Tools. The company focuses on efficient storage, handling, and shipment of industry specific tools and materials to meet customer demand. Team members support reliable supply chain operations that help customers access quality products quickly and consistently. Role Description The Warehouse Associate role is a full-time, on-site position located in Odessa, TX. In this role, the associate is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents, and loading/unloading materials safely. Daily tasks include packing and preparing orders for shipment and delivery, organizing inventory, and maintaining clean and orderly warehouse areas. Also, assisting in local deliveries via company truck. The Warehouse Associate operates equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, stairs, ladders, and company vehicles. Follows safety and quality guidelines and works closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The role may also include basic record-keeping and communication with supervisors regarding inventory or shipment issues. Qualifications Experience with Shipping & Receiving processes, including verifying orders against packing lists. Proficiency in pulling, packing, and preparing products for accurate shipment and delivery. Ability to safely perform Loading/Unloading tasks and handle physical activities such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials throughout the warehouse. Skills in Forklift Operation in a warehouse setting, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Attention to detail, basic math and record-keeping skills, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior warehouse or distribution center experience is an advantage. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods, and comply with all safety and company policies. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. consistently.

$18.00
•$21.00/hour

•Friday, 8:00 AM
•5:00 PM (plus rotating on-call).
