Warehouse Associate - Quality Inspection and Material Handling- We are seeking a responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse and quality inspection operations. This position plays an important role in ensuring that products meet established quality standards before being prepared for outbound shipment. The ideal candidate takes pride in doing the job correctly, follows established processes, works safely, and can be counted on to report to work consistently and on time. Dependability, accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity are mandatory traits for this position. Prior experience in quality control, product inspection, or warehouse operations is preferred but is not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Regular and punctual attendance is an essential requirement of this position. Candidates must have dependable transportation and be able to consistently report to work for the scheduled 6:00 AM start time.

Starting Pay:
$18.00 per hour Starting and future compensation may be dependent upon relevant experience, demonstrated performance, dependability, and overall contribution to the operation. Primary Responsibilities Inspect automotive bumpers for damage, defects, cosmetic issues, and other quality concerns. Follow established inspection standards and quality requirements. Carefully move inspected bumpers from inbound stillages to designated outbound stillages. Identify products that do not meet established quality standards. Segregate nonconforming or damaged bumpers into designated return stillages. Ensure acceptable and rejected products are never mixed. Maintain accurate product counts and proper stillage organization. Handle products carefully to prevent damage during inspection and movement. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and material-handling requirements. Communicate quality concerns, product damage, or discrepancies to warehouse leadership. Assist with other warehouse activities as operational requirements dictate. Physical Requirements Must be able to repeatedly lift and handle automotive bumpers weighing approximately 25 pounds each. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive material-handling activities throughout the workday. Must be comfortable performing physical work in a warehouse environment. The warehouse is not climate controlled. Employees should expect working conditions that can be hot during the summer and cold during the winter.

Preferred Qualifications The following experience is preferred but not mandatory: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or assembly experience. Previous quality control, quality assurance, or product inspection experience. Experience inspecting automotive parts or similar manufactured products. Experience operating a dock stocker or stand-up forklift. Previous material-handling equipment experience. Candidates without dock stocker or stand-up forklift experience may be considered, as equipment training can be provided to qualified employees who demonstrate the appropriate safety awareness and aptitude.
