Job Description
Native Trails in Mineral Wells, TX is looking for qualified candidates for a Warehouse Associate I. Native Trails recognizes that our diverse workforce is our greatest asset. When we contribute to the company's success, we all win. We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, including but not limited to: 1. Move freight and stock to and from delivery vehicles, storage areas and production areas either manually or using equipment such as pallet jacks, aerial lifts, and stackers. 2. Loads, unloads, and transfers merchandise to designated areas in accordance with training procedures. 3. Assists in other departments as needed. 4. Stocks merchandise in the warehouse utilizing equipment, lifting, and carrying merchandise to place on shelves. 5. Participates in the coordination and removal of damaged products to be recycled or disposed of. 6. Maintains a neat and orderly workplace at all times to include moving pallets, sweeping and removing/disposing of debris. 7. Assists with local deliveries and local purchases. 8. Follows all safety procedures in accordance with approved training and reports any dangerous conditions to management immediately. 9. Support production in producing staves as needed. 10. Plug in all electrical equipment (forklifts, aerial lifts, etc.) at the end of the day
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
