Antenna Products, a 79 year old Mineral Wells based industry leading antenna manufacturer has an immediate opening for a full-time assembly technician. This is a fast paced position that requires attention to detail and the ability to learn and master a variety of tools and skills. You will be working under the direct supervision of the department supervisor. You will need to be reliable and punctual. Work hours are typically M-F 8:00am-5:00pm. subject to change dependent on workload. Antenna Products is growing rapidly. Opportunities for advancement and training for specialized positions exist for the right person. Experience IS required. As a minimum, you must have the following characteristics and skills: Honest Dependable Responsible and take pride in your work Basic math skills Soldering Assembly of electronic components Flexible and willing to engage in a variety of tasks Physically mobile and able to lift 50 pounds Able to stay focused on and complete tasks in a timely manner Ability to initiate and complete projects with minimal supervision Antenna Products is growing rapidly and we will provide more extensive training to personnel who demonstrate that they are the type of people who fit into our team so real opportunities for promotion exist.
