In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently transferring inventory, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Duties Safely load, unload, and transfer goods using various material handling equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles. Skilled in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and materials handling procedures. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while adhering to OSHA safety standards. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately. Experience with order picking using RF scanners and other warehouse technology tools. Excellent understanding of warehouse operations including load & unload processes and heavy equipment operation. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments with a focus on safety protocol adherence.
