Fulfillment Associate Mustang Ridge, TX - Full-Time - On-Site Official address location is Buda but closer to Mustang Ridge About El Famoso El Famoso builds the commerce infrastructure behind culture. Based in Central Texas, we partner with artists and brands to manage eCommerce fulfillment, wholesale distribution, international shipping, inventory, and customer service. Our fulfillment teams ship everything from daily direct-to-consumer orders and high-volume product drops to wholesale, retail, tour, and international orders. The Role We're hiring Fulfillment Associates to support our eComm Fulfillment and B2B Fulfillment departments. You will be assigned to one of these teams based on your experience, strengths, and the needs of the operation. This is a hands-on hourly warehouse position focused on processing and shipping customer orders accurately and on time. You will work on the warehouse floor throughout the day, use a warehouse management system and barcode scanners, follow established processes, and help the team meet daily volume and shipping deadlines. What You'll Do Pick inventory accurately according to orders and system instructions. Scan products and order steps in the warehouse management system. Pack orders securely using the correct materials and packing requirements. Verify products, quantities, labels, and shipping information before orders leave the facility. Print and apply shipping labels, carton labels, and other required documentation. Sort, stage, and prepare completed orders for parcel or freight carrier pickup. Meet productivity, accuracy, quality, and turnaround expectations. Report inventory shortages, damaged products, order issues, and system discrepancies promptly. Follow standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and required scanning workflows. Keep workstations, supplies, and shared fulfillment areas clean and organized. Work with teammates and other departments to meet customer deadlines. Help in other fulfillment functions when volume or priorities change. Comm Fulfillment:

picking and packing direct-to-consumer orders, supporting high-volume launches and drops, processing bulk orders, and completing quality checks before carrier handoff. B2

B Fulfillment:

preparing wholesale and retail orders, following customer-specific packing and labeling requirements, building and wrapping pallets, and staging parcel or freight shipments. What You Bring Required Previous hands-on experience with order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, distribution, or a similar warehouse function. Ability to follow WMS instructions, scanning requirements, SOPs, and customer-specific packing rules. Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on order accuracy. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to complete assigned work on time. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday. Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where daily priorities may change. Positive attitude, clear communication, and willingness to work as part of a team. Comfortable working full-time and on-site at our Mustang Ridge warehouse facility. Preferred 1+ year of eCommerce, B2B, wholesale, retail, or 3PL fulfillment experience. Experience with ShipHero or another warehouse management system. Experience using handheld barcode scanners and shipping software.
