Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Assist with warehouse distribution activities, including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory. Operate various types of material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and cranes following safety guidelines. Perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and precise placement of goods. Use RF scanners and basic math skills to accurately pick, pack, and process orders. Support shipping and receiving operations by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain accurate inventory records through proper documentation and regular stock checks. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve workflow efficiency. Assist in the operation of heavy equipment for materials movement within the facility. Support warehouse supervisors in daily tasks and process improvements. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, or related logistics roles preferred. Knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, inventory management, and materials handling. Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, or pallet jacks is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and proper use of material handling equipment. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities. Strong manual handling skills with attention to safety procedures. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required; effective communication skills are essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
