Pasadena, TX Job Details Full-time $15 - $28 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Qualifications TWIC Card Packing Oil & gas Attention to detail Mechanical troubleshooting Full Job Description Tritorc Inc. is expanding and seeking a hands-on, mechanically skilled, and highly organized professional to take on a position managing our warehouse while also providing hydraulic tool repair and calibration. This is a key operational role responsible for keeping our bolting equipment in top condition while ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently, organized, and meets all safety requirements. Hydraulic Bolting Repair Technician Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic torque wrenches, pumps, hoses, and related bolting equipment Perform functional testing, tool calibration, quality checks, necessary repairs and tool cleaning before returning to customers or rental inventory Complete preventive maintenance, repair logs, and service documentation Prepare and pack tools and equipment for rental jobs, new product sales, after-hour tool requirements, and customer demos Ensure all repaired equipment meets Tritorc's safety and performance standards Warehouse Lead Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, staging, and inventory control Manage rental tool check-in/check-out and track tool movement, service status, and availability Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse layout Coordinate closely with sales, management, and customers to support job requirements and deadlines Take ownership of warehouse workflow, organization, and operational efficiency What We're Looking For 3 to 5 years' experience with repair and troubleshooting of hydraulic tools, industrial equipment, or bolting tools preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work calmly under pressure while having a sense of urgency. Warehouse or inventory management experience is a plus High attention to detail, reliability, and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and take ownership of both repair and warehouse operations Availability to be on call for after-hours customer needs Prefer candidate be close in proximity to Pasadena Texas to be able to respond quickly to emergency, after hour customer needs. Clean driving record and current TWIC card or ability to obtain upon employment Industrial/Oil & Gas experience is a strong advantage Ideal Candidate Profile You enjoy working with your hands, solving technical problems, and keeping operations running smoothly. You're organized, responsible, and comfortable being the go-to person for both tool repairs and warehouse leadership. You'll work directly with customers while maintaining a professional, responsive, and can-do attitude.
Location Requirement:
The ideal candidate should live within approximately 40 miles of Pasadena, Texas . This position supports customer will-call orders, urgent tool and equipment needs, and occasional after-hours requirements, so being located nearby is important for providing quick and reliable service.
