Job summary The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for executing floor and shipping activities related to warehousing operations supporting industrial activities by stocking strategic spare parts and consumables. The role involves receiving, inspecting, stocking, and shipping materials while maintaining warehouse organization and safety. Responsibilities Promote a safe work environment and support a strong safety culture.

Receive incoming material shipments: unload, inspect for damage and accuracy, label, and stock accepted shipments.

Electronically receive incoming shipments and process material returns.

Fill work orders using ERP systems (Maximo, Oracle, SAP), coordinate third-party storage, pick and stage materials, package shipments, request quotes, schedule carriers, and generate shipping documents.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, manage quarantine areas, perform cycle counts and physical inventories, create and label BIN locations, and assist with third-party storage inventory counts.

Respond to emails within 24 hours.

Execute special projects as needed.

Identify and implement savings opportunities related to inventory purchases and shipments. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.

Two years of experience managing inventory or assets.

Forklift certification.

Experience with Oracle and SAP systems. Schedule Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Must be available for callouts after hours and weekends. Location Pasadena, TX Additional Details Physical requirement: lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Operate forklift safely.

Work environment includes office onsite and warehouse.
