In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Your proactive approach will ensure timely processing of goods, accurate data entry, and excellent customer service to support our company's distribution goals. This position offers an engaging opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems and logistics while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels, perform stock counts, and update records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Load and unload trucks efficiently by operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves properly and ensuring products are stored in accordance with safety standards and trade compliance regulations. Support shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods. Conduct quality checks on incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies; document findings accurately through data entry into ERP or inventory management systems. Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse operations, support international trade regulations compliance, and enhance overall workflow efficiency. Skills Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and shipping & receiving procedures. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating quantities accurately. Experience with order picking & packing processes using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools. Familiarity with warehouse operations including stocking, packaging, load & unload activities. Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service orientation to support internal teams and external clients effectively. Join us in a role where your energy fuels our success!
