This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced warehouse environments and are eager to contribute to efficient distribution operations. As a key player in our logistics team, you will utilize your warehouse expertise and technical skills to ensure smooth inventory management, safe handling of materials, and timely order fulfillment. Your bilingual abilities will help foster clear communication across diverse teams, enhancing overall productivity and safety. Duties Operate various warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, unload, stock, and move materials efficiently. Manage inventory control through accurate picking, packing, shipping, receiving. Conduct manual handling and heavy lifting of materials while adhering to safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Maintain a safe working environment by using personal protective equipment (PPE), following safety regulations, and conducting routine safety checks on equipment such as mechanical tools and heavy machinery. Support warehouse operations by organizing stock locations, conducting inventory audits, and managing stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency. Experience Proven warehouse experience with a strong understanding of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, materials handling, and inventory management. Experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, or other material handling equipment. Prior warehouse supervisor or leadership experience is preferred to support team coordination and safety compliance. Familiarity with inventory management Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards and proper use of PPE is essential for maintaining a secure work environment. Mechanical aptitude or technical proficiency related to heavy equipment operation will be considered an asset. Ability to assist in waste management throughout the facility.
