is an e-commerce company specializing in refurbished laptops, computers, and IT equipment. We're looking for a reliable, organized Warehouse Associate to support our Warehouse and Fulfillment Manager with daily operations, inventory control, and customer returns. About the Role This is a hands-on position focused on keeping our stock organized, accurate, and ready for fulfillment. You'll work with laptops, computer components, and accessories while helping orders and returns move smoothly through the warehouse. Responsibilities Assist the Warehouse and Fulfillment Manager with daily warehouse tasks. Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities, models, and product condition. Sort, label, shelve, and organize products in their assigned locations. Update inventory records and perform regular stock counts. Identify and report missing items, stock discrepancies, or damaged products. Receive and log customer returns, check for included accessories, and route items for testing, repair, or restocking. Help pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Verify that outgoing orders include the correct products, specifications, and accessories. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. Dependability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions, manage multiple tasks, and work well with a team. Basic computer skills for entering information and updating inventory records. Comfort working on your feet and safely moving boxes and equipment. Previous warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, or returns experience is preferred. Familiarity with laptops, RAM, SSDs, chargers, and other computer accessories is a plus. Advanced technical knowledge is not required. Pay:
