Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, managing shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining accurate stock levels. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting efficient warehouse operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in inventory management, logistics, and warehouse technology systems within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory, process orders, and update stock records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using order picker equipment, RF scanners, and pallet jacks to ensure timely fulfillment. Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities to maintain optimal stock levels. Manage shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory updates with precision. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas, stocking shelves, and packaging products for shipment or storage. Skills Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, logistics coordination, and international trade regulations. Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers safely and efficiently. Experience with order fulfillment processes such as picking & packing, stocking, and load & unload operations. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for data entry and reporting purposes.
