Overview We're a 3PL in Plano handling ecommerce fulfillment and Amazon FBA prep for growing brands. When a customer opens their box, what they see is our work — so we're looking for someone who takes that seriously. This is light, precise, detail-driven work on a fixed Monday-Friday 9-5 schedule. No forklift, no heavy freight. Duties Prep footwear for

Amazon FBA:

assemble shoe boxes, remove old stickers, wipe down and lint-roll product Apply and scan FNSKU labels accurately Create Amazon shipments and pack master cartons with proper dunnage (air pillows) so items arrive secure Print and apply shipping labels to the correct cartons, tape them closed, and stage for carrier pickup Pack Shopify orders to each brand's specific instructions — from a single item in a mailer to custom-folded crinkle paper and thank-you cards Follow written SOPs, report issues promptly, and adapt as client requirements change day to day Requirements Strong attention to detail and a high standard for your own work Self-sufficient — able to read an SOP, flag problems early, and keep moving Quick to learn; every client's requirements are different Proficient in English Able to lift and move items up to 30 lbs Reliable transportation to our Plano facility Available for 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday 9-5, with occasional Saturday availability Interested in long-term employment and training No warehouse experience required — we train on every workflow. Closing There's real room to grow here. Pay reviews at 90 days, and our team lead and warehouse manager roles get filled from the floor.
