Backed by private equity and expanding through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions, Accurate continues to invest in its people, technology, and operations to support its next phase of growth Position Summary Accurate Meter & Supply is seeking a dependable and motivated Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to support both daily delivery operations and warehouse activities. This is a hands-on, dual-role position responsible for safely delivering products to customers while also assisting with order fulfillment, inventory organization, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and seeks to grow with a company that values reliability, teamwork, and operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Operations Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products throughout the Greater Houston area ( CDL not required ) Load, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently Verify deliveries for accuracy and obtain customer confirmations as needed Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude during deliveries Follow all DOT and company safety policies Warehouse Operations Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Support cycle counts and general inventory accuracy Assist with additional warehouse responsibilities as business needs require QualificationsRequired Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate company delivery vehicles ( no CDL required ) Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work on your feet throughout the day Excellent communication and customer service skills Forklift experience is a plus
