Job Description

We're looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Staff Members to be the welcoming face of our pickleball facility. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, staying organized, and creating a fun, positive experience for every customer who walks through our doors. As a member of our front desk team, you'll help customers get the most out of their experience at our facility — from their first tour to booking a court, setting up a membership, or simply answering questions. Responsibilities Welcome members, guests, and first-time visitors with a friendly and professional attitude Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions Give tours of the facility to prospective and new customers Explain membership options, facility amenities, programs, and policies Set up new customer accounts and memberships Process memberships, account changes, and other customer requests Book and manage court rentals and reservations Help customers navigate the facility, booking system, and available programs Answer questions about pickleball, court availability, events, memberships, and facility policies Assist with check-ins and general front desk operations Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk area Resolve customer concerns professionally and know when to escalate issues to management Communicate facility updates, promotions, and events to customers Work closely with the rest of the team to provide an excellent customer experience Perform other duties as needed to help keep the facility running smoothly What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and personable Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers in person Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once Comfortable learning and using computer systems, scheduling software, and customer accounts Dependable, punctual, and professional Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Able to work independently while also being a strong team player Previous customer service, hospitality, fitness, recreation, or front desk experience is a plus, but not required Pickleball experience or knowledge is a plus, but not required — we can teach you the game! Pay:
$12.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
