We are seeking a hardworking and dependable individual who thrives in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, and works well with others. If you have excellent communication skills, are self-motivated, and take pride in exceeding expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for repair by removing nails and adhesive, scraping, sanding, etc.
- Take accurate measurements for a variety of circumstances and materials
- Precisely cut and install a variety of materials, including framing lumber, drywall, finish trim, etc.
- Use established techniques to apply professional finishes using mud, texture, paint, and caulk, etc.
- Track and execute a punch list
- Manage and track material inventory. Pick up additional materials when necessary.
- Identify items outside of scope and budget incursions.
- Communicate daily about progress on job sites.
- Safely operate a variety of hand tools and power tools to complete tasks in a punch list.
- Work together with a crew to efficiently distribute labor and complete projects.
- Load in and load out of the jobsite every day, keeping tools and materials organized.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
