We are seeking a hardworking and dependable individual who thrives in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, and works well with others. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for repair by removing nails and adhesive, scraping, sanding, etc.
  • Take accurate measurements for a variety of circumstances and materials
  • Precisely cut and install a variety of materials, including framing lumber, drywall, finish trim, etc.
  • Use established techniques to apply professional finishes using mud, texture, paint, and caulk, etc.
  • Track and execute a punch list
  • Manage and track material inventory. Pick up additional materials when necessary.
  • Identify items outside of scope and budget incursions.
  • Communicate daily about progress on job sites.
  • Safely operate a variety of hand tools and power tools to complete tasks in a punch list.
  • Work together with a crew to efficiently distribute labor and complete projects.
  • Load in and load out of the jobsite every day, keeping tools and materials organized.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Strong customer service skills Basic written and oral communication skills Basic math skills Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred Valid Oklahoma or Texas DL Apply with RPM Staffing at 2505 S.
