Full-Time About Us US Helicals LLC installs helical pile foundations for commercial, industrial, and energy infrastructure projects across Texas and the southeastern United States. We're looking for motivated, hardworking Ground Techs / General Laborers to join our growing team. The Ground Tech / General Labor position plays a key role in supporting helical pile installation crews on construction sites. This role involves working outdoors in variable conditions, traveling to projects, assisting with materials and equipment, and helping ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Assist with the installation of helical piles and related foundation systems Load, unload, stage, and organize tools, materials, and equipment on site Support equipment operators and foremen during pile installation Align piles, prepare materials, and help maintain production flow throughout the job Perform general site cleanup and keep work areas safe and organized Follow all OSHA, safety, and site-specific protocols Travel to job sites throughout Texas, Louisiana, and surrounding states Complete assigned tasks efficiently and work closely with crew members to meet project goals Requirements Prior construction or general labor experience preferred Willingness to travel frequently (per diem and lodging provided) Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs, bending, standing, kneeling, and working long hours outdoors Strong work ethic and team-player mindset Ability to follow directions from foremen and project managers Valid driver's license preferred Experience in foundations, pile installation, civil construction, or heavy equipment support is a plus but not required—we can train the right candidate Basic communication and organizational skills to help ensure paperwork and job-related tasks are completed accurately and on time

Compensation Pay Range:

$15+ per hour (based on experience)

Per Diem:

Paid for travel days and overnight stays

Overtime:

Available and paid after 40 hours
