Warehouse Associate Round Rock, TX Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Computer literacy ERP systems Driver's License Full Job Description Job Summary Support daily warehouse operations by managing shipping and receiving, including order fulfillment, packaging, and shipment verification. Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, material organization, and discrepancy reporting. Perform final inspections on finished goods to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance before shipment. Utilize ERP systems and company software for data entry and tracking. Operate warehouse equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while supporting production and team needs. Adhere to all safety protocols and promptly communicate issues or concerns to management.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Shipping & Receiving Process, track, and document inbound and outbound shipments Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy Verify shipment contents against documentation and ensure proper packaging Inventory & Materials Management Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock organization Support material management for finished goods and pressroom supplies Identify and report inventory discrepancies or shortages Finished Goods Inspection Conduct final quality inspections on finished goods prior to shipment Verify accuracy of items, quantities, labeling, and packaging against order requirements Inspect products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies and ensure adherence to quality standards Document and report quality issues, coordinating with production and logistics teams for resolution Ensure only approved, quality-checked products are released for shipment Systems & Data Entry Enter and retrieve data accurately within the company's ERP system Learn and effectively utilize company software applications Warehouse Operations & Support Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Remove trash and keep work areas clear of hazards Assist warehouse staff and production teams as needed Safety & Communication Follow all company safety policies and procedures Report problems, concerns, or safety issues to management immediately Communicate effectively with the Head of Logistics and Compliance and team members
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (forklift, reach truck, pallet jack) Basic computer skills with the ability to learn ERP systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Other Requirements :
Must be US Citizen, per US government contracts Overtime as required.
Driver's License Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and stoop for extended periods Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small parts or tools Tolerance for working in varying temperatures and industrial environments Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection Adequate vision (with or without corrective lenses) for reading labels, documents, and operating machinery safely Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain focused on quality and safety
