Full Job Description Description:

DCOMM Inc. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate who is also capable of operating a box truck for deliveries and equipment transport. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse responsibilities with occasional driving duties to support field operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

YOUR ROLE IN ACTION

Receive, organize, and manage inventory and shipments Load/unload materials and equipment Maintain accurate inventory records Prepare items for technician pickup or delivery Safely operate a box truck to deliver equipment to job sites Follow delivery routes and schedules as assigned Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and vehicle

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Age Requirement:

Must be 21 years or older.

Valid Driver's License:

Must have an acceptable driving record per company MVR standards.

Warehouse Experience:

Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred. Experience driving box trucks (non-CDL)

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with inventory software, databases, and warehouse management systems.

Organizational & Time Management Skills:

Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform repetitive physical tasks.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

The Warehouse Associate role operates in a warehouse setting and requires adaptability to various physical demands.

Employees must be able to:

Lift and carry heavy materials as needed. Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing, bending, and lifting. Follow safety procedures and operate warehouse equipment properly.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:30pm / occasionally some Saturdays
