Shelving Concepts dba Anchor Manufacturing is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team in an entry-level factory position . No previous manufacturing experience is required. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, works well as part of a team, and can handle a physically active work environment. What You'll Do Perform repetitive manufacturing and production tasks Move between different tasks and work areas as needed Follow written and verbal instructions Safely operate and work around manufacturing equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety standards and procedures Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Able to follow written and spoken instructions Able to adapt and move from one task to another Comfortable performing repetitive tasks Able to stand for extended periods of time Able to lift up to 60 lbs independently Able to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance Willing to follow all safety rules and procedures Good attitude and willingness to learn Previous factory or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required

Pay Starting Pay:

$15.00 per hour Important Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding manufacturing position. The job requires frequent standing, movement, repetitive work, and lifting. Candidates must be able to safely meet the lifting requirements listed above, with assistance when required. Background Check A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
