Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates - Order Pullers to join our team supporting warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately pulling, staging, and preparing automotive parts and materials for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting and take pride in accuracy and teamwork. Responsibilities Accurately pull customer and production orders using pick lists or RF scanners. Verify part numbers, quantities, and product quality before staging orders. Package and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards. Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed. Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus). Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Qualifications Previous warehouse, order pulling, picking, or distribution experience preferred. Experience with automotive parts is a plus but not required. Ability to read and follow pick tickets, work orders, and shipping documents. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work overtime when needed.
