Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and diligent Truck Loader to join our waste management team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the collection and disposal of trash by operating rear load trash trucks. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining a clean environment and ensuring efficient waste collection operations. Responsibilities Pick up trash on a rear load trash truck, ensuring all waste is collected efficiently and safely. Assist with loading and unloading trash containers as needed. Operate the trash truck in accordance with safety protocols and traffic laws. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the truck and surrounding areas. Follow all safety guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries during waste collection activities. Collaborate with team members to complete daily routes effectively and on schedule. Skills Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Good attention to detail to ensure proper collection and disposal of waste. Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Dependability and punctuality in completing assigned routes. Basic understanding of vehicle operation (training provided if necessary). Pay:

$140.00 - $150.00 per day
