Warehouse Associate Reports to:

Plant Manager Responsibilities:

Daily picking and processing of ecommerce orders - locating and moving large/heavy boxes of product, labeling and organizing them correctly. Your work must be accurate, quick, high quality, organized, and efficient. This position requires 100% attention to detail and 0% error rate. Packing/unpacking of boxes, moving pallets, boxes, and other supplies. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse production environment, minimizing mistakes as much as possible. This is a stand-up job in a warehouse environment. Our warehouse is not climate-controlled. Palletizing, pallet wrapping, cycle counting, etc. Loading/unloading boxes of product. Must be able to lift boxes up to 100 lbs. Must handle product with care, following all safety protocols. Help with daily packing and shipping operations. We aim for 100% accuracy with picking, order fulfillment, and inventory counts. Attention to detail is a must. Forklift experience strongly preferred. Maintenance of the shipping/receiving area and inventory. Keeping things organized, clean, and tidy. Helping with cycle counts, etc. Ensure that all picking/packing/shipping/receiving tools and work area are clean, organized, and in good working order and are free of safety hazards.

Experience:

Experience shipping with FedEx and/or UPS is a big plus Experience with Inventory Management / WMS software is a plus Experience operating a forklift is a plus Experience in ecommerce fulfillment is a plus

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
